The first thing a resident should do, when wanting to discuss their assessment, is to contact the Town Assessor, Kathy Romanak at 262-893-6001 or via email at kromanak [at] townofwaterford.net (kromanak[at]townofwaterford[dot]net)
After speaking with Kathy and you still want to attend Board of Review, you will need to complete a Notice of Intent to File an Objection as well as the Objection Form for Real Estate Assessment (DOR Form PA-115A) or the Objection Form for Personal Property Assessment (DOR Form PA-115B).
