Letter from the Chair
Welcome to the Town of Waterford! We are located in the northwest corridor of Racine County. Our Town covers 33.5 square miles (2 of which are water), and is a place where 6,498 people call home. We boast small town charm with close by amenities, water recreation, well maintained parks, and highly rated schools.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent services while keeping costs down so our residents enjoy one of the lowest property taxes in the area.
Town Planning Commission and Town Board meetings are held in our Town Hall located at 415 N. Milwaukee Street on the 1st and 2nd Mondays of the month, respectively. We welcome and encourage resident participation.
